Account change

Hello,

If I want to downgrade from a dedicated server to a reseller account (as not many resources I am using), should I just order a reseller package and after activation just transfer a reseller account from a dedicated server, or is there any other way of doing it?

Waiting for your answer,
thanks in advance,
Nekilnok

that would be the fastest and best way but I would definately open a ticket requesting for the support team to audit your server to ensure that you don't have any accounts that wouldn't fair well on a shared environment.

We have had clients downgrade to a reseller as they weren't using high resources in regards to diskspace/bandwidth, yet they were utilizing a lot of cpu and memory and because of this were suspended on a shared environment. We want to avoid these situations so if you do that they would be better able to advise.
