I've noticed that the page One Love II Sale : Only at Surpass is not on the front anymore. is it still possible to sign up?

I tried to sign up and it only gives you one month free and it says 6 payment will renew on 4-1-08 I thought it was 1 dollar for the entire year! So is it or not??
