Hi.

I am looking at the hosting plans and they all state how much disk space is available. But what about database space?

Hi there M,

You can set up an "unlimited" amount of databases. (So if whether you need to set up 2 or 40 you can.) Though the space your databases uses does come from your diskspace quota.
