no, The Registrar must point to Surpass DNS Servers for you to use Surpass Hosting since it must reslove the space alocated to your domain. If you do cannot do this then I would suggest buying a domain www.WhateveritisFORUMS.com and use that here. or Second Option is Buy a IP on top of the Monthy charge then Use your DNS to point to the IP, However this tends to cost much more $ in the long run.
