[Answered] downgrading :(

well I have had enough with the whole.... reseller thing..

150 bucks a year for what? nothing

hell I have not recouped more then 1/10th of the money I have blown on this.

I almost wish there was a smaller plan then the $6 a month plan...

its just come to that point of how much money and time am I going to waste on something that does not generate any revenue...

so... I have reached that point where I need to draw the line and cut my losses..

what I want to know is is there any software out there for online sales with repeating customers so it can send out invoices every month.

I will be putting in my notice and request to surpass once I get all these sites setup and info the one account I want to use.

MJ

There is a bunch out there. Are you looking for a webhosting specific one?

$150 isn't that much when it comes to investments.heck, many businesses pay $3000-$5000 just to have their company's website built!

Have you tried paid advertising? Tried getting the word out on your services, locally? I also see some typo errors on your website (on the Hosting Plan page, it says "8gb" rather than "80gb").

With a market that has many options to do business with, you must find a way that you can stand out from the crowd. Offering the services is a base to build on, but in most cases, not enough just to get business.

Check local competition and how you could possibly rival them. Whether it is more features, more quota, more personal customer service (not "just another number"), quality support, or whichever that can give you the edge in why someone should do business with you, and not the competitor.

Also, remember to place a terms and conditions. Very important so that customers can't try to pull a fast one on you. Gotta state what you're responsible for and what you are not responsible for, otherwise a customer can get away without common sense.

I've just noticed this is a old thread, and see you use WHMCompleteSolution, which should do what you want unless you're looking into a different solution (not selling web-related services).
