[Answered] Do you think a Deluxe account will be able to handle my site?

I have a domain that receives a couple thousand unique hits daily. The site is almost entirely shtml and images. I'm pretty sure the site uses less than 100GB of bandwidth/month.

I am looking at Surpass as a possible option for hosting, but I have a couple of questions. :3;;

I am thinking of a Deluxe account, as I believe it will meet my needs. However, when I was reading your abuse policy (About Surpass Hosting), the "Average Server Resource Limits" scared me. I don't want to 'abuse' the server.

What exactly does the following mean?:
Memory usage may not exceed 10% per domain/file/application
CPU usage may not exceed 20% per domain/file/application
Apache connections may not exceed 30 connections

Basically, I would like to ask: Do you think a Deluxe account will be able to handle my domain?

If not, what hosting option would you suggest? I'd prefer Shared Hosting, if possible. :3;;

Also, I have two other concerns:
- I would like to confirm that SSI works on your servers.
- After I sign up, will the new DNS information be e-mailed to me? Approximately how long will that take?

Thank you for your time! :3

Just to add...

If I require a dedicated server, is there any way to have it set up so that the server would work just like shared hosting?

Sorry. I ask because I'm a noob at this, and I fear I would have no idea how to manage a server.

I'm not sure if it'd be able to handle your site, but if you do get a dedicated server, you can get cPanel installed and I believe Surpass can handle updates and whatnot (so it'd be like a shared server, but you have root access and can install what you want).

It's unlikely that the shared hosting account will work out for long. I suggest starting out with a dedicated server. The SP9 Sale Server shown here -- [Promo] Dedicated Server Sale -- with cPanel should work quite well for your site. As twirp said, we can set it up just like a shared hosting package where all the changes you need to make are made via cPanel.
