Okay so I'm not a new customer with Surpass, I have 2 other websites hosted here (on separate accounts for client's sake). I signed up a third for another client, and everything went well.
Until I got the e-mail saying "We got all your stuff, we'll send you the real e-mail with the info in 48 hours". That was... 3 days ago. So it's been more than 48 hours, and I haven't actually gotten the e-mail with nameserver info - and I need that before I can start actually setting up the website! Of course, this happens to me when the situation is sort of urgent, with the client on my back every day. The other two times, I got the e-mail within the 48 hours. And I would submit a ticket, but I went to do that and they needed my username/password ... and that all comes with the e-mail! What should I do? |

You don't need to login to submit a ticket at the help desk, just click on submit. Also if you post the domain name that you signed up with, then if an admin reads this post they can look it up for you.
