I think I found the problem
Hi again,
This is what 'I think' it is happening. Everytime someone fills a server request and a new (customer) login you save that data, including the provided email. If that 'someone' does not finish the rest of the form the data will keep in your data base. Next time that 'someone' comes to fill the form, if He uses the same email he did last time, He will get an blank page. ----------------------- This is what I did: Everytime I filled the form with an random email I was able to procceed. Everytime I filled the form with one of the previous emails used I have an blank page. --------- Thanks for your atention |

SOrry but tickets are not working for me either.
IŽll send my request here: Hello, please read this first: Want to migrate but, do I need a dedicated server? I have tried to purchase a dedicated server. Hello Ricardo,
The order was rejected by our staff because the IP address traced back to a web server, the e-mail address on the account did not match the paypal account's e-mail address, and no billing address information was provided. I was able to locate the source of the blank pages however, so you should not experience any more of those issues. I have cleared out all attempted orders for your e-mail. Please place the order again and make sure you are ordering directly from your ISP connection, and not through any remote desktop or proxy server.

Server serving! Now a question...
Server Load5.62 (2 cpus)
Memory Used34.6 % Swap Used0.01 % Is this normal? Well, I notice mysql cpu top usage is %CPU 18.6 and i have some top process in my busy domain like %CPU 30.0 httpd ... What do you think? Should I buy a better cpu or a better brain? |

I was able to reduce server load to half by setting index to same tables and I did not review all my database yet. Result was imediate form a 7.5 Red to a 3.80 Green!
Yeah, I have to buy a better brain ;-) |
