i am thinking of switching to surpass, it just seems a good server, anyway, i have a few questions

for shared hosting, how many people share one box?
is it possible to make custom packanges?
if I surpass the my bandwidth limit, what will happen (do i get chared automatically, or do my visitors see a "bandwidth limit exceeded message"?

also, there aren't any bad reviews that i can find in here. do you guys delete those, or is the service really that good?

Hi.

Your best bet is to contact sales. Email presalessurpasshosting.com

asking the same questions.

What bad reviews?

Q: is it possible to make custom packanges?
A: yes.
If you have a reseller plan then you can devide the space/bandwith how ever you want bettwen your sub-accounts.

If you mean, if you can have a diffrent plan then the one listed on the plans page email:
presalessurpasshosting and tell them what spec's and how much you would like to pay. I'm sure they will work out something with you.

Q: if I surpass the my bandwidth limit, what will happen (do i get chared automatically, or do my visitors see a "bandwidth limit exceeded message"?
A: I think that you get an email when your bandwith usage is at 80% for that month.
It will NEVER auto charge you.

If you already exceeded your bandwith for the month you can pay ~5$ for a bit more or just get a higher plan.

Q: for shared hosting, how many people share one box?
A: that depands on the sites.
If they use a lot of CPU they are moved to a diffrent server.
On avrage I imagine theres ~20 sites on a server.

Q: also, there aren't any bad reviews that i can find in here. do you guys delete those, or is the service really that good?
A: this place is just that good.
