Hi, just saw this post and responded to your ticket. I don't work in upgrades or presales, but I gave you the information you needed and moved your ticket over to billing. Please respond back per the instructions of that ticket and billing will get you taken care of.

Thanks

Please stop this. I have upgraded your plan on the server and am awaiting for billing to get your subscriptions changed over. You can set up your addon domain now. I understand you want to get everything completed quickly, but your first email on Feb1 was responded to within 2 hours and you waited 5 days before responding back.

Thanks

I already responded to your ticket about this, but something I am just now realizing is that you want to use Scripta with the addon domain. This can't be done, because an addon domain is created as a subdirectory in your main account. Scripta won't auto-install anything to a subdirectory like that. Everything would have to be setup manually by yourself.

As for the search feature, there are some search scripts available in the CGI center, but they are limited to only searching for specific text. I am not sure how osCommerce is setup, but it may have the ability to do what you are wanting.
