What happens if..

What happens if I actually use ALL 400GB of storage and ALL 4,000GB of bandwidth? EVERY MONTH?!

Quote:
* Memory usage may not exceed 10% per domain/file/application
* CPU usage may not exceed 20% per domain/file/application
* Apache connections may not exceed 30 connections
* 15 MySQL maximum user connections allowed
* 350 emails per hour, per domain
Is there anyway to view that information from within my account, so I can ensure my site never exceeds these limits?

Thanks, but I know cPanel will display my storage/bandwidth. My question is: If I actually use the maximum storage/bandwidth, will my account be suspended?

Also: I have read several reviews online about people complaining that SH shut their site due to excessive resource usage. I need to know where I can view how many resources my site is using, so I know if/when I'm approaching the "limit".

Server resource usage is different than space usage.

However I honestly don't know how anybody can legally find a way to use up 400GB of space for a website.

I guess it is possible but I just can't picture how.

The server IP is: 66.7.204.239

Is this a new one? The server load currently reads "0.02".

That may not be available for you to edit directly. I think you would have to send in a ticket to get them edited.

As for resource usage: You can use your plan up to it's limits, but if your account starts using so many serer resources (processor time, memory) that it causes other customers' sites to be slow, then it would be time to look into dedicated solutions. ost sites don't get to that point though

The server has 8 CPU cores, so I guess your site would really need to use a considerable chunk of resources to start affecting everyone else.. at least I think.

I was afraid you'd say that about the Zone file. Oh well, for this price and service I think it's worth it. Any idea how long it would take them to edit it? Can they do it before I point the nameservers over here, so I have 0 downtime?
