Control over nameserver records?

Do you provide control over the name server records for domains hosted on the site?

I'm interested in possibly using google apps just for email, but hosting my website and subdomains with you.

Also, am I correct in seeing that the big difference between the deluxe and pro plans is ssl/dedicated ip, while the only difference between pro and business is the uptime?

Normally a ticket to support will take care of it. As a reseller you can ask for that facility to be included.

Can anyone confirm/elaborate on this?

I have server space with another hosting company that I use for off-site backups and when clients need massive amounts of storage or bandwidth. I generally do this with a subdomain of their account and create an A entry to point that subdomain to the other server. I always have to open a ticket for this and it's a bit of a pain if I can just do it myself (I did it when I had my dedicated server, so I know how..) and it'd be faster than support for something so simple.

Support will add the "edit dns" feature to whm if you ask... just don't screw anything up or it's on you.
