Signing up for Pro - SSL/IP Question

Hello everyone...

I was in the process of signing up for a "Pro" account for the included SSL/IP and noticed that when I went to the next page of signing up, it seemed that it wanted me to select an SSL for $50 setup and IP for $4 more.

Do I need to check those even if the Pro account states that the SSL/IP are included in the price? If I leave them blank, will I receive my SSL/IP?

Thanks for taking the time to answer.

-Tom

Hello Tom,

You do not have to select the SSL/IP, as it will be already included. The Accounting Department will recognize this, and the Sales Team will assist you in setting everything up.

Josh, thanks for the quick response. With respect, I'd like to get an answer from an employee who works from Surpass or Hostdime.

I suppose if I don't hear back tonight, I can always submit a ticket.

Thanks again.

Hello,

Josh Du is one of our staff; I guess we need to get that updated for his forum account. There is no need to select the dedicated IP Address nor SSL when signing up. As Josh said, this will automatically be recognized and our sales staff will assist you with the SSL set up. If you have any other questions please let us know
