hi bassdaddy777
i agree in part. some things are kind of hard to find, but the problem is there's so much information to manage. consider the sheer volume of questions people ask in a day. it's staggering really. but even though some things are more difficult to find than others, it's possible to find them and lots of things are very easy to find. remember that the forum is a work in progress and we're constantly striving to improve our offerings. perhaps you have an idea on how it could be better cataloged? |

Actually, I was referring to surpasshosting.com and surpasshelp.com. Sometimes people can't find what they are looking for because they are expecting to find it in a different location or under a different name. Ask the average guy on the street what a "Surmunity" is. Or the "Status" page - does it shows the status of my server? I'm not sure, it shows the server name but it has a different IP than the one that came in my welcome letter. I better contact support. While it's true that Surpass is the best there is and Surmunity members tutor Mensa members on the weekends, there are some new people who are still looking for the "any" key. If they cannot clearly find their way around the site, knowing exactly what they will get with Surpass and then sign-up, they will go somewhere else where they will most likely get screwed, underserved and taken for a ride. Surpass is setting the gold standard in value, service and customer support, shouldn't the front end be just as outstanding? :surpass:

i read and understood your message. and i'll ask the question - again if you have some ideas on how to better organize the materials in a more helpful way, please suggest them. i can't promise we'll use your idea, but we will consider it carefully. BTW - only teq and patrickb tutor mensa members on the weekend. me, i was in slow class. while patrick and teq were doing calculus at recess, i sang old mcdonald had a farm. : ) |

You have this wonderful FAQ system that links to the ticket submit... but you don't find it easily anywhere else....
