Everyone keeps tlaking about a DNS section in my welcome email but I have not gotten that.
In a trouble ticket I tried to explain that when I entered my credit card it sat there for a very long time then said their was errant information. I went to your billing area and talked with someone and could not find my email or name in the system and that was over 2 days ago! I need to know if my credit card was billed or not! This is getting frustrating and if I do not get an account going soon I will look for another host! I have more clients that I want to convert but I need to see if this site will work for me first. You might want to have a bit of patience and understanding. As you can see in most of the posts Surpass has had some issues with DDOS attacks on a server. They are working VERY hard to resolve this. Maybe you can give them a chance - they're a really great host and like anyone, very human.
I think that's their only limitation! ![]() I wish you the best - I know how frustrating it can be not to get your hosting up as quickly as you'd like. I hope that things go well and you can get this resolved.

No one has sent me any queries about the issue, I do most of the billing email. I do see a transaction for Joel Swift, on the 16th and I am completely assuming that is related to your new account. Your account information has surely been sent already since you did pay. I am not sure why you wouldn't have it already.
