Everyone keeps tlaking about a DNS section in my welcome email but I have not gotten that.

In a trouble ticket I tried to explain that when I entered my credit card it sat there for a very long time then said their was errant information.

I went to your billing area and talked with someone and could not find my email or name in the system and that was over 2 days ago!

I need to know if my credit card was billed or not! This is getting frustrating and if I do not get an account going soon I will look for another host! I have more clients that I want to convert but I need to see if this site will work for me first.

You might want to have a bit of patience and understanding. As you can see in most of the posts Surpass has had some issues with DDOS attacks on a server. They are working VERY hard to resolve this. Maybe you can give them a chance - they're a really great host and like anyone, very human.

I think that's their only limitation!

I wish you the best - I know how frustrating it can be not to get your hosting up as quickly as you'd like. I hope that things go well and you can get this resolved.

No one has sent me any queries about the issue, I do most of the billing email. I do see a transaction for Joel Swift, on the 16th and I am completely assuming that is related to your new account. Your account information has surely been sent already since you did pay. I am not sure why you wouldn't have it already.

This happened to me too.... The problem was with my email port or something like that... Make sure you don't have any spam filters on.
