about the promo...
hello, i've been with surpass since May 8th of this year, and i was just wondering.. can i cancel my account and then apply for a new one to get the free hosting plan or do i have to lure my sister into buying a domain/plan so that i'll have the extra one? =D =D

Yeah, it used to be that if you were a currnet customer you could upgrade your plan and it would be treated as a new sign up, thus you would get a free account as well. Teq also stated that you could not cancel and get a new one, only upgrade.
It turns out that the majority of people did not read that correctly and thousands of surpass customers were probabily sending letters to the staff just adding to the confusion. As it stands now, you can't get the free plan at all, even if you upgrade. The promo in question applies to new signups only, so you had better talk to your sister and hope that she will not want the free account ![]() Its to bad though, I was going to upgrade my account. Oh well, I can wait until the next promo :1openarms :surpass:

i have another question.. say i buy another plan during the promo, and i get one free hosting, so now i have 3 plans right? how long do i have to keep the old plan (my first plan) before i can cancel it? maybe in the next promo, surpass could add 'current customers can buy a new plan and get a free plan, but they have to keep their old accounts for ::time::.' just a suggestion.
