2 for 1 deal

I was looking through this deal and I'm quite interested in it.

But I have a question to ask, if I was to get this second free account. Is there any way to use this account without buying another domain name for it? Or can I combine the hosting somehow?

The free plans will be on a seperate server.
So it is ideal that you do have another domain name that can be used.

Is it possible to create a subdomain to redirect to the second account?
