I'm thinking about signing up for this hosting plan, but I am kind of confused. I have a couple of questions.
1) Is the server fast? Can I see specs? An example site that's hosted here? 2) I'm signing up for 'Learner'. It says for Add-On domain, 'Fees Apply'. First of all, what's an Add-On domain? Will it host for my .com address? What fees? That's all. A quick reply would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |

An add-on domain is a domain that points to a subfolder of your normal account. You can still use one domain on your site no charge.
For typical server stats, check http://vega.surpasshosting.com I believe Surpass uses a single P4 2.4GHz with 512 to 1024mb of RAM depending on the server. As for example sites, just go look at the User Creations board. |
