2checkout help

I was signing up and got to the credit card part, filled it out, and then it said there was a problem and they would contact me when it was fixed. I dident get an e-mail
and, I left the window up, came back later and it had changed saying it wasent proccessed and it wouldent bill the credit card.
Since i dident get a e-mail, does this mean i have to sign up again, or wait?

If you didn't get a confirmation by email, you didn't get charged so try to order again.
