Just a few questions before I sign up.

First of all, the hosting packages look great. I just have a few questions I would like to have answered.

1) I am planning on getting a Bronze Reseller account. In the 2 for 1 deal, can I use my domain for one account and then use a subdomain of the main one to point to the free account? (sorry if that was confusing)

2) I noticed that with each reseller plan, you host our main website for free with 10GB of bandwith. Is there any way to increase this as I am sure that I will be using far more than that. Either by deducting so much from the reseller or something around that. If not that way, then perhaps could I just make my site's main account in WHM?

1. You can, support can help you configure all of that.
2. For the main website you can only buy extra GB for it. The cost is $1.50 per GB. I am sorry that you cannot transfer bandwidth from your reseller, into your main account.

Would reccomend you to create it in WHM if you are sure it will use more BW than 10GB.. I have 1 big site that was mainly what i started with on the reseller-account It uses 30GB++/month. But has always been hosting it on the reseller quota and not on the main account.... Works fine

Thank you for your very quick reply.

Can I do this: Sign up and put domain.com as my main domain, and after I gain access to WHM, create a new account that will have my registered domain. Make a subdomain from my registered domain account and have it point to the paid account that has 10GB bandwith.

I'm sorry if I'm causing too much trouble, but thanks for your help.

The 'resell' space and bandwidth are separate and cannot be combined to the main account in any way (per the terms).

So, with bronze you get ONE that has 7gb of data store / 10gb data transfer per month.

The resell space for bronze is a separate 7gb of data store / 75gb of transfer.

You get 2 of these. So, you'll have 2 domains at 7gb/10gb bw.
Then you'll have 2 resell spaces at 7gb / 75gb bw.

That's how it goes.

I understand you want to do custom things which creates a lot of confusion.

what I suggest you do is once you sign up for the reseller account you let us know and we will move your main domain under your own WHM list so you can adjust it as you wish

this will solve your issues
