Confirmation # for free account?

I was just wondering if I should have received any type of confirmation from the email that I sent to payments

surpasshosting.com in regards to the free account. That is being offered with the Buy 1 get 1 free promotion.

Just want to be assured that the email was received.

not this soon. somewhere in the original threads and announcements there's mention of it taking a week or so to get it all sorted out.

Correct it states

"Please allow 1 week to receive the details on your free plan"

I was just wondering if you should receive an email confirming that they received your request.

You should get a welcome email, though I don't believe you get an email about the second account for a little while.

You will receive an email when we set up the free account.
It's going to be a few days or up to a week, depends on where you are in the queue. We have to screen each of the requests.

We originally were going to set up a form for everyone to fill out and you would have received a conf. email, but we decided that a plain email was going to be better for the staff to get all of this done.. and we are going to directly reply to the emails that you send in.
