Do i "Have to" Add funds into my paypal account before i start buying things like a surpass hosting

Does it automatically deduct the right amount of money from my bank account?

Or will i "Need" to do this myself?

To use PayPal to buy Surpass a subscription is created.

The subscription will take money out of your PayPal monthly or yearly.

You only need to keep money in your PayPal, so that when it tries to deduct there is money there to deduct from.

Does 2 check out support Delta card in UK Directly? Because for some reason i can't add funds into my account and because this stupid expanded security thing i need a 4 digit code to use my account ( And this 4 digit code was sent 4 months ago and i have somehow lost "THIS" particular month of statment >< )

You can go ahead and sign up and place the order, and if 2checkout returns you with "Sale Processed" then it worked. I personally do not know all of the cards they accept and I don't think there is a listing of them.
