Question Restrict IP

Hey, I was wondering if I can allow only certain IPs to access folder(s) under the public_html folder when the user tries to go there using a web browser.

:surpass: :tongue2:

you can easily restrict access of certain IPs to your site, but it restricts them from accessing any part of your site through HTTP.

go cpanel / IP Deny Manager.

Sounds like you are wanting to grant access to a few not restrict it, correct?

Password protect the directories would work.

Yes, I thougth of that already but I don't want people who know the login/pw to give it to others.
