sam, you know I hate you right? joking by the way, I like you, you're a great guy. but you always seem to end the conversations when you feel it's over. that's good though, keeps people like me from getting into trouble and getting people like you ticked off. maybe that's why I like you though. so confusing.

:order:
mostly surmunity is 100 percent self regulating. every once in awhile a thread needs an adjustment or two. think of the admins as chiropractors. the goal is not to break the back, but to make the spine and nervous system function more efficiently. |

What about MP3's of live shows? I hear it's not illegal for those, only songs you can find on albums. Am I correct? I am just wondering. Thanks. I don't want to lose my account if I do host some files like that.

if it's a band that encourages and allows distribution of the live recordings ( i think phish might - but don't quote me ) then there wouldn't be any complaints from a copyright holder.
not many bands allow this though. |

I know a few bands that do, I mean they know about certain sites that post live shows. I might contact the bands managment before posting anything just to make equally sure and all that. Thank you sam.
