More questions :D
If a dedicated server is purchased over a reseller plan, do the same features come with it? i.e. unlimited MySQL? POP3? Scripta? etc. ? Is there a page with this info i'm overlooking or what?

A dedicated server is just that.
You choose to have Cpanel package on it, you get it and all it comes with. They can set it up anyway you want. You want to install IRC? Fine... just watch your bandwith and don't let yourself get onto a banned IP list because of what your clients do... You want to install server-side Java? go for it. because it is DEDICATED to you... John

IRC is allowed on dedicated servers.
But if anything fishy starts happening, such as DDOS attacks toward that server (since IRC sometimes is used for negative reasons and can spark negativity) then the customer would be notified to work out a solution. |
