many domains on one account?

I was wondering if getting one account like the "Max" and having all my domains hosted on one? Or would I have to get a reseller account for it? I have 14 domans that I run and each has their own content etc. I would like to just have one account for everything to make it easier to keep track of it all, but I don't want to sell hosting, so a reseller account isn't needed....I don't think.

I already have an account here, and I like what I have seen so far. Um just wondering thanks.

The reseller account isn't just for reselling. With the whm, you can set up all of the other (13) domains. If you get the bronze or higher, they will run under your nameserver.

Hope this helps.

If you have 14, go reseller.

Shared (Max): You have 8 domains total. Each extra one is a $15 fee. Only one cPanel.
Reseller: You have unlimited domains. Each with it's own cPanel. You can set the Space and Bandwidth for each.

With 14 domains, a reseller account would work best for you.

Thanks for the info guys, I am just having a problem with the setup fees and what not. If I am not selling hosting do I still need to buy the license? This is the part I don't understand:

$18.00 Lease per month license
or
$140.00 One time fee license

We can install it for $20.00.

What do you need a license for? I have a reseller account now at another host and they don't have those types of charges for it. That is why I have some questions about it. I know about WHM and all that nifty stuff. (I love it) but....ya know...I just have to ask.

*feels rather blonde today*

Those prices are the fees for an optional piece of managment software that helps you run reseller hosting. I have reseller hosting and I choose not to use because I build payment integration scripts and other management tools - but if this is not your area and you want some automation then yes this WHM Auto Pilot is a good extra.

Hope that helps

Also if i do go this route...can a CPanel Backup move all the files from each account easily? Or do I have to hand move each file. I have a few message boards and 2 galleries and a few other things, and so MySQL databases would need to be made and what-not. I don't want to move to another host if I might lose important information or things might not go right? Should I e-mail sales? ACK! I am soo confused. Thanks guys for all the help so far.

If all your stuff is at Surpass, support can and will move EVERYTHING for you when you upgrade.

You'll have to tell them which domain is the 'main' account. This account, on bronze for example, gets 7gb of space and 10gb bandwidth.

Then you have another 7gb of space and 75gb of bandwidth under YOUR -WHM- (web host manager) that you can divide between all your other domains.

Okay so I will probably just have to move everything from my other host by hand.
Do you think a site backup would work from CPanel?
