Renew Hosting Package
Hi There,
My account expires in 2 weeks, and I would like to renew for another year. Having read the posts regarding renewing accounts in Surmunity, I have determined that the renewal process takes place automatically, using the same credit card as was used originally. Since I have signed up with Surpass, I have CANCELLED my credit card, and thus the renewal process will be unsuccessful. Who can I contact to update my credict card information? Further, I am not entirely comfortable with the "auto-renewal" process - how can I deactivate this? Thanks, Krista |
