Package discounts?
Does anyone know if there is any form of discount if registering a domain through surpassdomains AND getting a silver reseller account for it through surpasshosting?
I have emailed sales  surpass .. but no response int he last few hours, so thought I would ask y'all.

Please note that the SALES dept. is open during normal business hours (which I believe are 9AM to 5PM EST, Monday thru Friday). So, if you e-mail them on a weekend or late night, be patient and they will get back to you.
But, regarding your question, I doubt they'll give you any type of discount since Surpass is already cheap and their packages offer you a ton of space/bandwidth and features. I currently have 2 websites; one is on the "Pro" shared account and the other is on the "Surpass" reseller account....I got no "discount" but I don't expect it as the prices are already very economic. I hope this helps. :-) |

Indeed it does.
I just thought I might have seen something about that around here. I took the plunge, got the reseller and the domain...now I have buggered it up and it's telling me I can't create an account because I already have, yet there's not anything listed in the List Accounts bit. Arrrgh. Ahh well, my support ticket has been passed to Accounts for some reason. Perhaps it's my Visa's fault.

I think if you have a reseller account you can get domains for $9.99

You can't create your domain in WHM because it already exists. You're given a separate Cpanel for your 'main domain'. John
