Question about Dedicated Server/WHM

Hello,
I am interested in getting a dedicated server with cPanel/WHM. I know there is a $35/month fee for this service, on the register page it does not allow you to outright purchase this program, is that an option? Also, is WHM autopilot included in the $35 a month package?
Your service look excellent and I am ready to signup as soon as I get a reply on this :P
I plan on using the server for web-hosting. Is there any exception on the types of sites I can host? (I couldn't find this information on your site.)
Oh one more thing... is there a discount on domains if I plan on registering 100+ through Surpass Domains?

Thanks,

Sergio

you can buy cPanel/WHM for $1,500.00
WHMAP is not included in the $35 but you can buy WHMAP for $140 from surpass i think

no warez and no child pornography
anything that is illegal in the city of Orlando, Florida, USA is not allowed to be hosted.

Wow that was quick :)

Well $1500 is kind of steep. The $35/month sound better for now. So I have to purchase WHMAP separately, but it's well worth the money from what I've heard.
About website content I was referring to Adult Content.

I think they allow adult content. Not 100% sure though.. After all. You are responsible of the content yourself and the legality of it..
And yes. WHMAP is well worth the money.

If it's LEGAL, you can host it. If it's NOT..... :comp_punc

not every server in the surpass empire is in florida ( nearly all but not all ) so your benchmark is not quite the salt test.

Okay fine lets put it this way. If its legal in America than its legal on your server. Except that different states have different laws... Hey! What about how some porn sites say 18 to enter and 21 to enter...? Not that I go to them... ANyway, which do you do? Because in Florida it may be 18 but then in Alabama or something where the visitor is from it may be 21. You could get in some trouble couldn't you?

This is because, due to the very international nature of the internet, most judgements on 'legality' are not done in the distributors domain, but in the jurisdiction of the receiver.
