Yes it is. Just like with any other domain name provider. You can change your information right at http://surpassdomains.com

Nope, when you are signing up for the account just put the domain name you THINK you will use. If it works out differently, support can change it for you. I'm not exactly sure but I think they had a limit of around 3 times before you get charged a small fee. But it is possible.
