Accidentally Cancelled My Subscription...

Well, not exactly "accidentally." After the subscription was created last year, I didn't want to end up forgetting about it, so I cancelled it (hoping to be able to renew another way if I needed to). I just now realized that I did this.

I want to renew on the Lite Package (right now I have the Standard Package), and my subscription expires tomorrow (July 21, 2004). How do I go about doing this so that I don't lose anything?

you need to open a support ticket with sales. As I recall there is a short grace period.

I believe the grace period is 5 days, if I remember correctly. Don't quote me on that though.
About the support ticket, I'd mark it urgent probably. It is something you need dealt with ASAP.
