Quite frankly im tired of sending emails that get returned with meaningless or no replies at all. This is my last attempt to resolve this problem. My prolem is that when I ordered a hosting package, I opted to have surpass register the domain for me at an additional $15.99, which was charged from my paypal account. After 2 days, and the domain was still not resolving (www.trisquad.com) I assumed I would have to change the dns setting with surpassdomains.com I also assumed that my domain would have the same login and pass as setup on the hosting account since surpass would be registering the domain. This did not work. So I inquired about how to login to manage my domain settings, and this is the response I recived:

>Dalton

>the username for your hosting is independant of the username for the domain >management.

>please create a login here :

>to manager or register any new domains.
>thanks

I do not wish to manage a new domain. I wish to manage the domain I allready was charged for. I have now sent 4 emails. 2 of which were returned as being undeliverable. The 3rd returned this response, and the 4th returned a blank response. I will not be sending a 5th.

You should be able to login to surpassdomains.com as the technician said.
You use the username and password that you specified when you created the account at surpassdomains.com

If you do not see trisquad.com in there, let us know.
You can change your DNS and manage your domain from the control panel in there when you log in.
