Resellers and Fantastico

I am looking at getting a Surpasshosting Reseller account.

Would my clients have access to Fantastico individually?

It seems like this would be a good selling point and I have not found anything on the site that says one way or the other.

That's interesting, I have Fantastico on my C Panel but none of my other sites in my resellers account have Fantastico on theirs. They are all: cPanel Build 7.4.0-STABLE 12.
