Well, I see you don't have a privacy policy and everything stating what the rules are and I think that that is very important. We want to make sure we get the best support and uptime. You say you offer 99% uptime, and my other hosting company says they offer 99.9% uptime and a lot of people's site went down for 4 days and now for 2 days. So why should I choose you, and what are my rights and wrongs? Where's the privacy policy, acceptable use policy.
I just want to make sure I get the best hosting, I don't want to have more headaches with so many silly things and I'd appreciate if you could answer me. Thanks

I have had 3 different host providers in the last 2 years and nothing compares to Surpass. I wish I would have skipped the other 3 and came here to begin with.

You know, my last hosting provider "guarenteed" 99.9% uptime. Well, I can guarentee that they were not up for that much time and didn't compensate squat or seem to care the sites were down. Atleast Surpass is honest. I think most companies just say, 99.9% for looks.

99.9% or 100% uptime is just a marketing trick. As well as unlimited bandwith.. there is no unlimited bandwith, nor any 100% uptime.

I've been with surpass for 2 months now and I must say I'm very pleased with their offerings. My prior host (powweb) had much more downtime, even though they promised 99.9% uptime.
