firstly, i have only been a customer for a week now.
ok: as far as uptime goes, my site was down for about 20min yesterday. it was annoying, but no big deal really. as far as support goes, i have emailed them twice with a problem (you might see my email thread) and never got a response. However, if you get AIM, you will notice that they have support staff on a lot of the time. They are helpfull, so the poor email support is not a big problem either. My last host had no Cpannel (it was comming soon for a year), poor customer support, and i couldnt create DB's on my own. this host i can, and the cpannel is nice. the forums are good for general mysql/php info, and other hostees seem to be very helpfull. anything lacking in email/ticket support is more than made up here and over aim and its cheap too, so i recommend it :smartass: |

you cant do better "deathscythehell", this is the cheapest I could found, and you dont need support here because everythings works smoth with the cpanel.. I have been here for 2 months, and my site was down for 3 min' I always got answers to my annoying Q' so I recommend it...
