Something is wrong, server load is worst that reseller times - Page 2

That would explain the load you're seeing at specific times of the day and why you didn't see it the first day

I managed to locate your server and log in to it using the password we have on file. I looked into this and found that MySQL seems to be the biggest problem on the server ... some of your sites are overloading the MySQL service. You can probably cut down the load on the serer by optimizing the databases or some of the scripts that query the databases. If that doesn't work out, you'll probably be a lot happier with a server that has at least a Pentium 4 CPU and 1024MB RAM.

Hello!
I wanted to get back so i can close this topic with happy thoughts.
Admins managed to find which script was over working my dedi, then they disabled it and now everything went back to normal.
Just for your info the script was a url rewriter thta made joomla urls more seo friendly.
So Joomla usres, watch out for such components, they work for seo but they can also work out ur server
