VPS is down

VPS is down for over an hour.
I've submitted a ticket but up to now no action from you.
Can you do something about that?
My clients are getting upset.

I am having the same issue. My VPS went down at 10:51am EST this morning I immediately opened a ticket, at 11:00am EST I got a reply saying the ticket was being sent to admin for further inspection and I haven't heard anything since. It's now 1:13pm EST.

The worst thing about that is surpass support.
2 hours at day time and no word of feedback.. how come?

Yea it concerns me with the fact that we pay this much for VPS you would think we would have priority support..At least reply with something like "Sorry this happened we are working on resolving this within the hour"..but to go ALL morning like this with NO reply as to what is going on is driving me crazy.
