VPS going down, running slow when up
My VPS has been hit or miss today and for the past week every so often I've had to refresh etc or I get server errors, I have had others complain to me as well.
I understand things happen but this up and down stuff is happening a lot more often lately, I never even got my compensation for the last time you guys had a power outage or DDOS attack and now this??  I'm just getting discouraged, I have been a customer since you have been hosting but I am getting sort of frustrated lately.Hope things improve. |

Did you put in a ticket for the compensation from the last outage? Usually something like that wouldn't be credited unless you ask for it (which they'll gladly do)
