XEON down? I've not been able to reach it for over 2 hours now...

Loading fine here. Which IP are you attempting to connect with? The one you posted from 199.227.211.x is not being blocked at the moment.

Started working again about 20 minutes after I posted. It was behaving like the firewall was not allowing conections to the outside world -- you guys in the building had no problem, but I could not see a dang thing.

I'm nowhere near "the building" (~1000 miles away) and I had no problem accessing your site. I suspect that your IP was blocked temporarily, or that there was some sort of routing problem.

Well, the goodness of it all is that it's working again. (has been since somthing like 5pm yesterday). Not sure what the issue was, but I could not connect from home (comcast) or through my work VPN (which would re-route me out through kansas city)
