pass64 blacklisted!?

Hi,

I'm writing you here because the support staff simply stopped responding.
I have been trying to get my email to work for about a week now. At my site snute.net new members who sign up doesnt recieve the confirmation email.
I have set up the SPF records (not shure if it's right though), but emails just bounces back with f.eks this in the header:

I have almost 200 of them by now, and it doesnt seem to stop.
