Pass 19?
For the past three days my sites have been down at various times on my reseller account on Pass 19.
I have just submitted a third ticket over 3 days. I've been with Surpass over 3 years and I'm starting to see problems. I hope someone can find the problem this time. Tomorrow I'll receive a bill for sites that haven't been working properly. It's frustrating. Is anyone else having a Pass 19 problem? Perhaps I'm not the only one? |

i think im on pass19 and got the same problems, sites just showing blank pages or remote time outs making forum posts.
i've been with them for 4 years, and perhaps it is time for me to find a better, reliable host. |

I located a few processes that were stuck and causing slowdowns on the server -- they've been killed off for now, so that should help. Please let us know if you guys still see issues after today.

35 minutes since last I checked and still nothing. Is this an April Fools joke? Because if it is, it isn't funny. |

I can assure you we would never fool around with anyone's websites or server. I will be sure to ask someone to look into this issue. Please excuse us for the inconvenience.

my sites were up for a few hours today and are now down again. This is the fourth day I've dealt with this.
I'm glad the billing system didn't go down. Surpass was still able to debit my Paypal account today. time for another ticket. |
