Pass38 Downtime

I've had trouble with all the sites on pass38 for the last few hours (it's 6:20pm PST). The sites are up and down. FTP doesn't work at all, and CPanel won't load.

What's going on and when will it be fixed?

CPanel is loading now, but it's really slow, and same thing goes for FTP. At least the sites are loading ok...

Things are a lot quicker now. Hopefully they'll stay that way (at least for a little while) so I can finish my work.

But I'm still curious, what was causing the problems?

Seriously. It was down yesterday for a while too. And right now HTTP and FTP aren't responding.

I confirmed with some of my friends (and some proxies too) and they can't load my sites (or others on Pass38). What's going on?

It's also down for me, tested from 3 different NOCs and a residential connection.

Ping responds, but all services are down.

EDIT: Back up as of 7:17PST
