pass64 down
looks like the whole pass64 server is down. None of my resold accounts are loading. And when I tried to access cPanel®, it's also not reachable.

ok, something is definitely not right here. Twice already, yesterday and today (as in right this moment), all my resold accounts, as well as pass64 itself are not loading the pages. I've checked it through cpanel and all services are in the green. I've checked it on multiple browsers, multiple computers, and even through monitoring sites. This only started happening after upgradeing PHP and MySQL to version 5. What I don't understand is even my other sites (html pages only) are not loading also. Even pass64's main page, pass64.dizinc.com also shows a white page.

Just here to add "ditto" to tulisan's post.
Altho, I would have to say that there were some problems prior to the upgrade, mainly with email (pop3) crashing.

Ticket submitted, btw.
For some clarification, email (pop and smtp) works, ping works, CPanel works, FTP works...it's http (port 80) that isn't working.

I concur with K. It's only the httpd that goes down quite often.
I submitted a ticket too but by the time they respond to it, the server might have been fixed already. Most often than not, they would reply that the server is online and working fine, making me feel like my report was a bogus ![]()

It's back up and loading beautifully now.
They said that it was a flood of httpd connections causing the problem and they have blocked to IPs causing the problem. Thanks! ![]()
