Pass64 Pop3 Down 04/17/08

For reference: Ticket# MAD-901219

I sent the ticket, pop3 was down. I went to lunch, came back and saw the helpdesk reply that it was a high server load that has been resolved.

I immediately open my email program and, guess what? Email is dead again. Checking server status in CPanel shows an ever increasing server load and no email.

I guess I should consider myself lucky that the entire server isn't off the grid like yesterday. *sigh*

Now, CPanel isn't working either.

I'd update my ticket, but was told that such a move would send me back to the bottom of the queue.
