Pass 48 problem?
Can't get anything to load on pass 48, but I'm not getting an unable to connect message, just hangs, trying to load & eventually stops but loads nada.
Trying to connect to the mail server times out ![]() As usual, no message about what might be going on in the Pass 48 forum ![]() |

I'm on the same server, Pass48.
The past few weeks the load has sometimes been up to 14-16, making all the sites almost unreachable or slow like hell. I've been sending several tickets about this, even asked to be transferred to another server. But they didn't respond to that, but always when they checked the load it's fine again. yeah, now I got a message they've suspended a forum on a site I host for mysql overload, makes no sense, there's maybe 200 members total & only around 50 active ones, what is going on? Things have been on & off screwy since they did the php5 upgrade, sigh.
Ticket created for me: KRO-708763 It actually says the whole account is suspended, but the main part of the site (running joomla) is still there, just the forum (the active part) is not ![]() |

& it gets better. I clicked the link in the email surpass sent me, got an error that I had to login, did that & then:
Fatal error: ERROR: You do not have access to this ticket. in /home/surpass/public_html/desk/modules/tickets/client_tickets.php on line 168 Then I go to my ticket list & it's not even listed? What is going on?? For the record, I only have one account with surpass (reseller OC10) |

maybe, but I haven't added any new mods to that forum in a loooong time
& still doesn't explain the ticket that I've been issued, that I don't have permission to access OR the continued slow server issues, even after my little forum got booted I could go on, sigh, dunno if I should create a ticket to ask why I can't access a ticket? Or hope for a response via the forum? Also, the suspended notification & the ticket were only sent to my email addy on that account, nothing was sent to either of my emails on file with Surpass for the reseller account..... |
