PASS 14 HAS BEEN DOWN FOR HOURS!

Been with you guys for over 6 years. Normally I get a response as to what is happening, but no one seems to be around.

Downtime lately is seriously impacting my business and truly need to count on surpass fixing these problems and giving an ETA when things will be back up.

Acts of nature, as it happened the other day are one thing, but today's outage and the amount of hours without a response is a problem.

Can someone who is in the employ of Surpass please respond asap.

Pass14 is down again now.

Q04 - did you ever get a reply or response? At 11:59PM, I got this response.

The server had some load issues and that was resulting in the failure of services. We have fixed this and the server is working fine. We have been closely monitoring the server for the last few hours .

The server load was normal and all the services are working fine without any failure. Please get back to us if you still find issues with the server.

Does this make any sense? "The server had some load issues" ... right. It took them 9 hours to reply, and they give me some BS response that's clearly made up.

I didn't receive a response as to why. I was told it was kicked up to DimeNoc. That was yesterday. Today, I just opened a ticket.
