No, maybe your server is not working, i´m on other, what u need is to post via helpdesk, dont be shy, if you have any doubt, people from the staff always tries to solve them, just post, maybe they hadnt see the problem yet.

Well but u dont need to have mail to post via tickets, just enter here https://desk.surpasshosting.com/ and post, what you need to give is your account info (user and pass) in case you have a dedicated the IP. To check if the server is up you can go to windows>run> then type cmd when the msdos prompt write traceroute www.yourdomain.com and it will try to get the the route, if there is not any response, yes the server is down. Hope this help, i´m loggin out for a while Kyle, posting is the only way... almost we dont have trouble in surpass... hope u luck!
