Restoring Transferred cpmove files

Hello,

I've been facing problems when using SSH to transfer and restore clients accounts from my old server to the new one i get last Wednesday from here. Support tickets seems to take so long to respond and my clients websites are down from a while now and they bother me cause their sites are all down.
Anyway i thought i might post a thread in here maybe one of the community staff members help me out with this asap.

I've purchased a new reseller account "my second one from surpasshosting" last Wedensday, and asked for a SSH Access so i can easily move some websites from another server to the new one, I've moved the cpmove files successfully to the new account but the problem is when i try to restore them using the normal command i used to use before which is

/scripts/restorepkg <USERNAME>

but everytime i try to excute this command i get an error indicating No such file or directory.

-jailshell: /scripts/restorepkg: No such file or directory

Here is my Ticket ID for Staff Members refrences: QJS-432582.

Please let me know the exact steps that i can use to restore my cpmove files and create new accounts for those domains on my reseller account

Is the file/directory Alex in the same directory you are running your script from?

########## [~]# /scripts/restorepkg alex
-jailshell: /scripts/restorepkg: No such file or directory

yes it is on the same directory named alex.tar.gz

granted, I know nothing about this script... However did you try this..

########## [~]# /scripts/restorepkg alex.tar.gz

yeah I've tried both with and without the tar.gz and still get the same error, I've just recieved a reply on the ticket indicating that they are working on that issue.

thanks puchshaser, they informed me that this command disabled in jail shell access and i need to be root to be able to use this command, so they will restore those accounts for me
