Really strange issue.
I seem to be having a problem reaching my websites if I put the www before them. Sounds a bit weird, I know. If I go to bne.me, it's fine, but if I go to www.bne.me, I get nothing. Same thing for links within the pages, if they have the www, they don't work. Also really spotty loading things up.
Any ideas?

that happened to me once.... allloooooonnngggggggg time ago, like five years ago... i really wish I could remember what it was.... i want to say it was a corrupt .htaccess file but I could also totally be wrong it's been so long.
edit: or maybe it was a dns issue? ahh, I dunno.. I submitted a support ticket and they fixed it quickly.

this is killing me that I cant remember... I even logged in to the help desk to look at my previous tickets (last time i logged in to that was in 2004!!!)...nada... I only have six in there... lol.... one went back to December 2003... but I think this issue was before that.... when I first joined.... maybe they had a different help desk then? hrmm...
it was something simple i know that... nothing major.
