Pass 67- creating new accounts

I cannot create new accounts in my reseller account. I know that I have enough space. I just terminated 2 large accounts last week, but it is showing that I am way over. It shows that everyone on that server is. Any ideas?

I have submitted a support ticket, but I have 2 new clients that I need to set up ASAP.

what is the exact error you're getting when you try to create a new account?
